  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is eligible. No returns will be accepted without this authorization.

  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method to return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to check availability. The exchange process follows similar steps as the return process, starting with obtaining an RMA number.

5. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
